About Us

We help high school students get better marks at school by providing them with an online coaching program that shows them an easier way to study. We get fantastic feedback from students and parents.

Growth

• In January 2019, we had 6 coaches and were just in Melbourne
• In November 2019, we had 17 coaches and expanded to Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth
• In October 2020, we had 62 coaches and our program is now also accessible in ACT, NT and to rural students
• We will launch into the US in 2024

The role

The role has 3 core parts:

1. Recruit, training and coaching sales consultants so that they convert at KPI, which is 50%. The consultants run their sessions over zoom, which last for around 45 minutes.

2. Working with the 3 customer service call-centre agents in office to improve the entires sales process. This includes:

• Improving confirmation rates
• Improving presentation rates
• Improving follow-up sales from presentations
